They don't deserve persons to work for them..seems their family business. They try to learn from professional's they hire then fire and run the business by own without bothering about anything. They get their whole family tree salaries on 1st every month not bothering to pay their employees or they have curtesy

Salary getting on 7th of every month.

... they call for F& F and also not having courtesy to call back and give feedback. Salary will get hold with out intimation.induction and traning will not be provided and there in no future growth or personal development for new joiners.females staff are not safe in HO.So many females staff has been left due to harrassment and offers.My opinion please dont join this company as here HODs have no authority to take any decision or action unless and untill directors gets involves.

Nothing to like. this is a company of two brothers, who are not compatible with each other, due to which employees facing issue, they dont know abt the business, they dont pay vendor payment till 6 months, staff settlement they kept on hold for a year. HR have no authority. both brothers are very egoist. they think money is solution of everything. they treated employees like bonded labor.

Dislikes

A advice for new joiners dont join after seeing the package, you will be fired anytime, there is nothing to learn, dont get caught up in their big talk. NOT very safe for female employees .
