if you joined at 20cube your job was secured at any cost. Management will help you to progress personally and professionally but you have to use that opportunity. And the company policies are user friendly i think.

There is a discrepancies in a package between juniors with minimal experience and seniors with lot of experience like more than 5 years. What i mean is i working here for the past 5 years and i got some of the amount as a salary and if any one is joined with 1 year or lesser than my experience they get more than my salary or we both have the same.... This is the problem here and also the promotion like same way if the managers like somebody then his only got the promotion. This is not fair right. So think about it if you're willing to join.

The worst things is partiality in the time of appraisal and the new comers are happy with their salary packages but the 20 cube employees are not. Salary difference is the major thing between new comers and the 20 cube employees.

Once they put you in one team they won't change it. You have keep on do the same work for the rest of your life and there is no growth of knowledge in there

No public holiday and no incentive and bonus and if you come late they will deduct salalry

... with the second line of management only which decides the pulse of the company. Worked here for almost 2 yrs and not a single month there was delay in salary for On-roll employees even when the Company was undergoing lot many financial crunches in 2023-24. This indicates the focus of the company on the employee well being first. Work life balance is good. At times there is work pressure which of course you will enjoy as the management doesn't give unachievable deadlines. Best place for skill development if you are directly associated with some top management. They will enhance your field knowledge and customer relationships. Promotions and increments are time bound and vary from person to person based on their performance. Overall 100% work satisfaction and the Founder, CEO, VPs will be always available to you for both professional and personal life hiccups.

As mentioned, the second line management does not work on the guiding principles of top management and sometimes create their own agendas which spoils the work environment.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is good supporting .and company policies are super in this COVID-19 Time they are getting good facilities and in our company no bonus facilities.

The management is excellent there is a lot of politics and salary is decent but career growth is slow training is not given to new joiners and there is a no bouns at our company and present market is down
