...nt it means that god wants you to send a message as a help so let's start. 1....worst place ever to work with not even talking about salary part....the work environment here is so bad that it will start giving you mental health issues. 2....People who are in operations think they own the organization n it means they also own u..... 3... Most important part is here about salary trust me guys don't work here they be like currently our salary gets credit on 15th of every month but we are trying to change this to 4th or 5th of the month....one of the biggest lie n I think they have done this intentionally u have to work for 45 days just to get half of what they offer you as a salary. 4...one of the worst management system I have ever seen I mean have u ever work for any organization which don't even have chairs...... 5... Guys I don't have anything personal with 1point1 but don't destroy ur CV n career by joining this organization. I can literally write whole book consists of shits happen here...go for the organization where u can get pay on time we all works for our family you deserve better

I didn't see any things to like in this Company, No development for the Next level Position. Management is very poor frm my side what I see in this Company.No bonus for us, No incentives for us, No hike in our salaries.

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is no bond for this Role if we want to resign means to put paper before on 1 month regarding to company Norms, on the job they will give a training but work satisfaction is Average for the people came from middle class people for starting in this Company BPO sector for them get a experience in that sector for the 1-year.

...ion of my father was so unfit for the leave for 4 days they told me not to join Even they never paid my salary in this difficult medical period.

Salary nhi di roz sirf chu-tiya Banaya aaj ye do aaj ye do apni salary lene ke liye bhikari Bana ker rakh diya aur 15 din ki salary rok ke rakhta hain

There is a lot of politics and the manegament does,n t addres our issue salary is decent but career grouth is slow there is a bound of 2 years before which you cannot resign

One of the worst companies that i ever had worked. They didn't gave the actual salary offered to you in the annexure. They are also force you to handle calls of other language which you completelydon't know. I have been tortured and obsessed by this company. Team leaders are rude they behave like hooligans and hired guns. Its better to die other than working in this company. They are behaving themselves like Einstein, grahambell, Steve Jobs, satyanadalla, abdulkalam .
