HR se lekar saare management bekar hain, Cleint to unse bhi kharab hain, without supporting to agents shouting to agents on floor in front of all the supervisor and expecting good numbers, ridiculous,worst management, i suggest and recommend please don't go to one point one solution ltd.its a hell.

The company has provided us work from option for all employee but not for support staff, we still have a job as our jobs are secured and they didn't terminate us as excess

we have salary issues, we are not satisfied with the salary for the work we are doing, during corona they have deducted 20% of our salary

its A PATHETIC COMPANY- I WORKED HERE AS an ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINING IN BANGALORE, SALARY was NEVER GETS CREDITED ON THE SCHEDULED DATE- sometimes AT 8, OR 11 OR EVEN AT 15, THE FINANCIAL FAMILY COMMITMENT GETS SCRUTINISED, APART FROM MONOPOLY, RACISCISM, AND DISCRIMINATION YOU WILL NEVER GET ANYTHING TO LEARN- GIVING MONETARY BRIBES FOR HE & YOUR HIERARCHY WILL BE MAIN ATTIRE IF ITS NOT BEEN RENDERED THEN YOU WILL BE A VICTIM FOR HUMILIATION AND POLITICS, EVEN AN HR-MANAGER WILL HAVE PAN -BEEDA AND SHE WILL REVIEW THE INTERVIEW, EVERY TIME YOU NEED TO OFFER HER PAN BEEDA ORELSE KABAB FOR HER.

NO ETHICS - NO PROFESSIONALISM- ITS JUST HIRE & FIRE, FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS THEY ARE STILL POSTING THE SAME ADVERTISEMENT AGAIN & AGAIN REQUESTING FOR ASSISTANT MANAGER TRAINING SINCE THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY- ALREADY LOTS OF EMPLOYEES HAVE FILED A CASE @ LABOUR COURT ON THE BANGALORE LOCATION, COUPLE OF CASES FROM KITU ALSO ON THIS HIERARCHY - COUPLE OF POLICE CASES IS ALSO ON THE BANGALORE LOCATION FACOLITY-LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST- ONE POINT ONE SOLUTION IS PRETTY AWESOME COMPANY IN PUNE - BUT THE MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION IS PATHETIC IN BANGALORE

No job security, big thing is salary issue, you will not get proper salary, they will deduct, whatever they want

Salary issue and after join they rule like king with u and you're the servant, when I joined, they only told that after Certification your job is permanent, successfully I cleared the certification but after 2month they're telling clear OJT otherwise you will out, so I disscused with my colleagues, who are previously there, they told nothing is like clear OJT, so I got that this is way they want to work hard from us and whenever they want, they fire

Teammates are supportive and there are few TL, managers who are really supportive and helpful.. Rest there's lots of issues though..

Salary is decent but carrer grow is very slow. Me and many employees had faced salary issues.. Hopefully now it is resolved ?
