...nt. 159 is a small company but backed by IQVIA which gives them immense support. Also, in tough times 159 kept hiring and there were no effect on appraisals, promotions and yearly bonus. Food provided when in office at very low rates. Overall good experience as of now.

Dislikes

No dislikes as of now. The only advice to management is that consider employee's need and be transparent with the process.

Culture, team bonding, outings, lots of opportunities to learn new skills, open for innovative changes, managers are appreciative and they have the good grasp of work

Dislikes

Terrible work life balance, poor client exposure for offshore team, not at all recommended for married people who don't wanna get disturbed once they reach home after office

Likes

Work depended on the team you work in. But in general, loved the work environment at the office, in Pune. It is a very fun and cool place to work at. Managers are so so chill and supportive. Senior Principal of the company is also a very calm person and frank to talk with about career goals.

Dislikes

It is a Data Consulting firm. So the work revolved around creating summaries from data as per client's requests. There was not much scope of innovation, except for some automations in projects routine operations. I don't like consulting so, the work wasn't interesting to me, it was very monotonous in my projects and the scope of learning variety of skills was very low. And since it was consulting so obviously work-life balance was bad. So from learning it is not a very good place in the starting phase of career.

During initial days, you well get exposed to new/challenging workstream, however once you stay for a longer time, the same work gets repeated. Also. They should try to be sync with the latest technology,like bringing in project which involve machine learning , AI etc.

You'll wake up sleep only to finish up their task of cutting and pasting data to spreadsheets and ppts, no work life balance, high attrition rate (out of 7 employees joined recently 5 left within 6 months, no skills gained, false promises by HR department for salary hikes, bonus and feedback, ill behaved HRs only kind to higher authorities else they are able to make you feel like a labor in their company, My suggestion: keep 159 only as a backup job and join only if no options left and keep searching for quick switches which 80% employees follow here
