Management, job security, At this situation COVID19 every person wants there salary for there surving they not want full salary but company ask employee his resignation or without pay or without full and final amount. Most of the employees still not received there salary for march'20.

Lower Staff is good just because of they are needy of money.

No career growth and development. No salary timing. No job security. No personal life. Totally politics by upper management. Property is only open for making fool to their guest(customers).

If you take decision you are only responsible for the outcome ,nobody come and help. Owners sale there company without taking the employee and Hotels in loop now are there to face the consequences.
