... no proper office environment, managements expectation are to high towards work. Salary of all employees are lesser than average salary as per industry. Even the experience candidate not able to earn as per thier experience potainal. There are certain rules, which are very bad, if you are from production team then after 9 hours of shift, you will get overtime pay. But if you are from e-commerce department or from designing team you won't get any overtime pay, it's doesn't matter how long you will work after 9 hours of shift. You don't get leave on public holidays ( expect on Diwali and Holi ). If you take 4 days continuous leave then 5th day will bhi automatically deduct from you salary. There is no PF. At the time of Amazon sale you have to come office, doesn't matter if you have nothing to do.
