I really enjoy all the people I work with. Collaboration is important to me, so it's been great to be part of such a talented, tight-knit team. Being on a small team has its downsides, though. One of them is that there aren't a lot of paths upward in the company

It's a typical LALA company, and whatever rating you are seeing here and on Glassdoor is just because they forcefully ask new joiners to rate their company during induction, in the presence of the Head of HR. Who can rate a company a week after joining? Everyone will give a good rating only. Nothing to learn here; you will be working like a robot, and upper management only cares about sales and still deals with Excel only—no latest tech, nothing. Plus, punch in/punch out of 9 hours in 2025… they are still living in the 1990s.
