Backdated system and old method are in use till now in 2022 same in store operation and HR attendance also. Poor work culture. Worst HR policies. Maximum time day to night to again day or evening shift duty. Maximum time 10 to 12 hours duty but HR not take any action. Work life balance is zero. Attrition rate is high against otherscompany. Company motive is employee spend 24 hours at store. Unwanted visits happens maximum time. Promotion depending on higher authorities feedback but not happening any exam. Maximum time higher authority blackmailed about work and abused their position power. At the time of hiring many important points likes day to night duty, unplanned work, duty hours hide from employee. Not proper planning about stock supply from DC. In goa region i dont like anything because of Ranjan doing all politics and company trust that guy and his highlight only karnataka people that they are doing good job and also they are hiring only their relatives like brother and sister works together

The more dislike about this company that all relatives are working together and only Karnataka staff getting promotion and in goa it is worst culture adopted by here its totaly against company and there will be no action taken if we talk to management

Company is all good and environment is also very good. I want to rejoin Zudio but my nearest branch.

Company was all good because I always trust to TATA things. But because of my manager my personal life was also disturbed and that's why I resigned to my designation. He need to be kind and understanding for all employees.
