Nothing to like here if you guys really want a job please look anywhere else to be honest I swear there is no job security here nothing good they will make u sign bond of 2 years and fire you just in 5-6 months they say after one year of probation there is job security but no even they can fire you after that

Dislikes

Every thing you will be depressed here not even me i know more than 10 employees in my batch who get fired and suddenly fire even no notice period and they hired 12 employees keep 2 and fired rest

Love zinfi - a great company for engineers. The company is very focused on training.

Dislikes

Ex employees (telemarketers) who got fired write negative reviews because the company has become a software company. Ignore those reviews. Talk to current employees.

Component developer. I work with Angular JS technologies. Directors are very helpful

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
