Company culture is good bt the work life balance is the worst... Even though ziffity has flexible timings, you can leave the office only after 7. 30pm because you will have client call in the evngs only.. And the good thing about ziffity is they help their employees in developing and evolving themselves.. Most companies don't give training to the employees for certifications but ziffity gives training and they also take care of the certification charges even if you fail the test... And the male and female ratio is the worst....you can rarely find female in this office.. This is because they have this tendency that female will not work more than 9 hrs a day.. And if she leaves the office before 8pm even though she has completed her 9 hrs still the tech lead will say something to insult her the next day
