Management is forcing to work on weekends we don't get incentives which are qualified for

Management is very poor they are only bothered about their incentives agents who are qualified for incentives do not get the amount in full, and they don't have a 1-day resignation policy because of which I lost so many much better opportunities than ZDPM.

No job security even manager dont know what will he or she face the everyday.uncerainity is the policy. Higher management will just aak you to work without any concerns about systems or process knowledge.PIP is the main weapon they use for pressure building and when they dont get satisfy with anything. They will throw the whole teamof 40-50 people same time.and whoever are left they will have to work as company have less headcounts.managers and TL’s life is worst part.they have sit back at office for atleast 12-18 hours,sometimes 24-30 hours without any concern from HR or any Manager or higher management....Read More
