Toxic management. Flat hierarchy nature. Irrespective of how many facts present here, people will join because they need Hyderabad location. To become confirmed employee, you have to literally clean the manager and skip level manager. ZF lndia is a company formed by the funding of ZF Germany, but the sad part is who ever join this during early zf incubation period in India hyd location, they think that it is their Father's asset. Remember they ruin your career even you give yourself 100 percent. Here managers only should build rapo with German management. ZF India Pvt Ltd Hyderabad is a great company. Every employee is taken care by the company and appreciated for the work done by them.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is that they have not opened the development centre in Pune just like in Hyderabad. I would like to suggest to open the development centre for employees of Pune.
