1. You can learn more from counterparts if you know how to deal with them. 2. Flexi basket feature to get more in-hand salary 3. You will have an option to contribute only 1800 of PF amount per month irrespective of whatever your basic pay is. In this way, you get more salary in-hand. I don't know if this is legally correct or not.

Dislikes

1. Variable pay will not be given if the resignation is done before you get the variable pay. This will also not be informed by HR before you join. 2. Very bad in People management. 3. Higher Management expectation is way beyond what is being paid and what role is being assigned. 4. Existing people's salary would be very less when compared with the new joiners with the same experience. 5. Salary hike letter will not be generated until April last week. 6. Salary hikes were delayed by few months in 2019, 2020 and 2021. This is not at all expected from MNC 7. You don't get relieving letter even after two days from the day you exit from the company. Very supportive management who is looking out for growth of employees in every manner possible. Very flexible in terms of work culture and mostly you can complete your day by 6PM.

Dislikes

Non availability of variety of food at Cafeteria. Need more facilities like gym, pool tables and other form of in house gaming options.

It's good company to work, but not the best. Growing at a faster pace, working on varied automotive domains. Established as good engineering center at a very short span. Evolving HR policies.

Dislikes

Their leadership require trainings. Some BU managers has no professionalism, no leadership qualities and no vision. Just worried about short term benefits. No value of employees who worked very hard right from establishment of the center. Their efforts and contribution was easily ignored.

It was good initially and later too much politics spoiled peace of mind.
