Company culture is good, people are helpful. You can react out to any person easily l.

Dislikes

Initially company use to have projects which helps to develop employee skills. Now most of the projects in the company are not interesting, work on profit based projects mostly, the technology used is harldy used by any organization. Employee working on such technology have experience of no use outside company. No work life balance

Work Details

The job was quite challenging. No traning , learn new technology on your own and build software, projects were of short durations 2-3 month, deadlines were to short, need to stretch work hours.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
