They are always talking about target and incentive. but when we achieve that target they never gave incentive. i left zeus before 2 years still i have pending 65000 incentive from zeus fitness point. I left with the reason that i have some family problem and i left.. and they said this is not the reason for leaving the company, u will not get your incentive. So its a fraud company. never trust.

I was sales manager there. and have to manage account also.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
