Dirty politics. Company is handled by only 2-3 people who know nothing about rubber technology. No fix date for paying salary, most of the times salary is paid on or after 7th and sometimes even after the 10th. Some managers use very foul language and the top management supports them. They need people to join them immediately but will expect 3 months notice period from you. If you are planning to leave I suggest you leave immediately after salary is credited, no point in waiting. They will not give u salary for remaining days. No facilities at all, no insurance for employees no canteen facilities.
