There's nothing to be liked about this company

Dislikes

Worst company ever and the worst decision of my life to join this company. Worked for more than 14 hours in a day still used to get scolding from the CEO. Better to be at home and do something else instead of working here. By the way my salary was 6000 per month as a clinical Research Coordinator.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
