Zemoso is a very good place to be for a fresher to adapt to the fastest growing technologies as quickly as possible. You get to learn lot of different things as the peer group is very helpfull. Zemoso is a employee friendly company and you have the freedom to express about your concerns to the top hierarchy.

Sometimes the work that you do is not recognised appropriately. The appraisals are also not given upto the mark.

Everyone will be provided with upskilling program where oppurtunity will be given for an individual to work on POC from scratch in their comfortable technologies, this POC will be validated,reviewed and given feedback which helps a lot in brushing up all the basics and make you confident for working for the clients ultimately.
