Production staff capacities are very low. High work pressure. There is no second hand quality check or feedback for improvement. Freshers don't get proper training.

Work Details

Almost the entire delivery responsibility lies on the incharge. The most awkward thing in this company is even for a small mistake or error, which may be due to undue work pressure they imposed salary cuts as a penal measure which made many disheartened.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Nothing one can dislike.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
