The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Zee Institute of Creative Art-Borivali comes under ZEE Learn this is what I liked; Its a part of Zee Learn. Other than that nothing much to like about the company. Terrible experience of working with ZICA Borivali.

No compensation, slow career growth & fake promises - it describes zica borivali 's true nature. Very high work pressure with this an employee have to handle mood swings, tantrums of boss as they don't remember what they say. MOODY Management. Yes I am serious 2 captains will sink the ship. same goes with institute. It's a ship where so called captains neither have any communication nor co-ordination between them. The management never took any responsibility towards their staff. Very selfish & self centric management. Lot to share. but whoever is reading this I want to you to understand the intensity of the situation. During pandemic, from March 2020 to June 202 entire team worked without salary. I stared following for the salary they stopped responding to my messages, calls and our mails. None of them bothered to communicate with me. Being the owner Its so childish that they blocked my number. One day in June 2020 I received a gift. it was my termination letter. A termination mail without any notice, without pending salary From March 2020 to June 2020. When tried to communicate via WhatsApp. the reply was so pathetic that is showed how immature they are. I felt like talking to some actress from tv serials. No business ethics, no responsibility, No professionalism. I don't deny the fact that everyone faced the problem during this pandemic. Their is way to handle the the situation. but they handled it it so carelessly & inhumanly. That's why it hurts a lot. After working for 4 months for free as a loyal employee you get no salary + termination in your hand. ZICA-Borivali works on Mood Swings of Lady Boss & the Gentleman Boss cannot share his view to her as he thinks he is helpless. Even ZICA head office didn't took any efforts to solve this problem.
