I joined Zeco as a trainee engineer. The training and senior support which I get may be will not get anywhere else. I like the culture (i.e. festival celebration, trip outing, volleyball, morning yoga and aerobics etc.) which gives us motivation to work beyond.

Dislikes

Initially salary was less but after my probation period and performance i got satisfactory hike. Some times faces many process oriented delay.

Work Details

Working in zeco was always exciting. Daily new challenges, new task, new deadline but it gives life learning experience. They also give opportunity to take leadership in many programmes, events.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
