no career growth,no any medical policies,poor management,committed about increment but no any increment on time.

directors do not value an individuals unique strengths, at the time of joining they told after 6 months increment but yet not any increment gives till 1 yr experience. poor management about to take any decisions employees, no drinking water facility.

Job security - No job security , work culture - bakwas , management - 00 , company policies - company HR liers - don't trust company policies they cahges their policies every month , if any body doing job in this company thier carrier will sole down very soon and your goodwill will go ftom the market soon.

The company gets 1st month incentive after joining, next month the company changes the policy and stops the incentive total without any information. company HR is lier and expenses policies are very Rubbish , dont trust company policies who are joining zebion infotech.
