I've always had the chance to grow here with mentors as good as friends and projects that keep you n your toes. I've worked on various products from fintech to healthcare apps and each one of them have helped me gain more insights and improve professionally. I'm excited for another year of growth

Dislikes

Better work distribution would make work-life balance better. Apart from that I'd say better communication form HR!

It's been 2 years since I joined the company, and I must say the journey has really added value to my experience as a PO. The Autonomy I have here to make decisions is actually a liberating experience that helps me test my problem solving abilities and push my limits as a PO. Overall, the company has fed me with a lot of confidence and clarity, elevating my career to the next level

The company is very transparent, which is something I love about it. They consciously build a stress-free and Impartial work environment with their Open Door Policy, where every employee is heard! I don't feel pressured as a PM. I am given my space to deliver the desired outcome. I truly enjoy working here
