The management gives out quarterly awards and spot recognitions. There are also Excellence Awards during the yuj design the anniversary event every year to recognize and reward talent. I've received it twice in my three years here, and it motivates me to keep improving. It's really appreciate about the management.

The company has a supportive work environment where experimentation and innovation are encouraged. Currently there are a lot of projects on Artifical Intelligence . Honestly, for me, working at yuj is not just a job; it's a journey of continuous learning and work satisfaction.

Some team mates who have already left due to the muck inside the company.

Leadership lack leadership qualities. Not really an employee centric company in the core if you are unfortunate enough to work under some of the horrendous design leads that they have. All is good till you are on client side.

I worked as a Sr. UX Designer for two years before being promoted to Lead UX. The work here is challenging but exciting and that’s what pushes you to grow. The leadership takes time to review your contributions and gives proper feedback during appraisals. Employees even get support to reach goals and the growth path is clear

Thorough performance promotions and appraisals are conducted which I believe is great fore motivation.They track performance every month which makes yearly process very fair and transparent. I recently got hike and it was more than I expected .Career growth in this company with good exposure to different projects and domains. Supportive management

Health benefits are great… Company tie-ups with Loop insurance where employees are given health insurance for their spouse and children also, mental and physical health free courses, training material. So, I am quite satisfied on this part.
