Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You

Very pathetic company and culture is very bad , only people will survive who makes their boss happy and all top management is very bad they only play with your carrier they will complaint about you all the time and they can't do anything just only Hods don't have any knowledge only they will make you work and you will not get anylearning and hr will not give appraisal according to your work ,they will give who will make them happy by chatu giri and polish their shoes and who is their favourite. Their field sales manager and field sales team all will make fake expenses and hod will approve like fool and who is giving best they will not look theor work . Field sales is making fools of owner and their managers their team will go on field and they will put expenses for them selfs and making 70% fake expenses. This company is lala type company no one can prefer to work here they will not give incentive and make changes every time ....Read More

Actually not good as some of the people are there who thinks that the company is owned by their father so they won't work. When they see that someone new came and they can be more valuable for company then they start working to make them wrong and turn the culture negative. You are not allowed to share your opinion from hr or any management as they will also make you wrong only. No one listens for your health issues as well. You are not allowed to take leave even if you are not well. 2nd and 4th Saturday off won't work as you have to work on the same day from work from home. Lastly appraisal is around 5-6% or hardly 10%.
