To start off, the company has no organisational structure whatsoever and the employees are treated inferior in every sense in the corporate office although from the outside it looks like a very reputed organisation.There is no professionalism nor are there any work ethics followed. Let alone work ethics, there are no humanitarian ethics followed as well. This might come as a shock to many but the language, manner and the tone used by the co founders in every conversation with their employees in the corporate office is just atrocious. No decision however small or big can be taken by anyone except the co founders, only when something goes wrong is when the employee is given credit for. Pretty convenient right? You would expect the co founders of a company as big as this with its presence in three cities would know how to carry themselves and talk in a dignified manner with their employees but that is not at all the case, they are yelled at on the floor and fired on the basis of personal grudges. The people working in the company are scared to say anything, else they lose their job. Gossip and backstabbing is what is entertained in this organisation. Only on the inside would you know the number of people who leave the company on a daily basis after having faced this kind of torture and being treated without any respect as I have personally seen this happening. A very sorry state of affairs that I have not come across in any organisation ever that even after an employee leaves the company, they are not spared. God help such people!...Read More
