A stressful environment where high authority continuously demotivating the teachers. You are going to do every extra task without any extra income. They treat teachers with harsh attitude. Doesnt care how hard a teacher is working. Keep overburdening them.

Dislikes

Everything. When no respect of you hard work. You wont be able to work in this environment for long time. Salary is too low to bear all this.

There's a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 year but they insist on you, demote you otherwise you have to leave... Only in 4 months I had to leave it. No joining letter n experience letter was provided.

The director, principal and incharge all are supportive. And they welcome new ideas for the development of children. If you ideas are good then you get full freedom to proceed further. If any child wants to study the our director sir give full support morally as well as financially. "Too many cooks spoil the broth"..Big team of management so lots of confusion on any small decision.
