Dislikes

I will not call it a dislike ....rather a personal preference. Working from Monday till Saturday for 9 hours can be tedious. Would appreciate if Yangpoo implements alternate working Saturdays for its employees.

Employees there were mutual with the understanding about the things going on there, I met few best TL's and AVP, and yeah there is only 1 AVP there -Ashish Kanse, and best TL's were - Suraj ,Ashish and fahad , they knew how to carry their teams with them and harshit was a good TL,bit supportive.

Dislikes

their HOD's ,they call them sales head seriously they are like whole next level of politics in the team which used to seats in dadar office at my time , they will turn you all round around their words and then you might never know in this scenario you accepted their point, on that level they have been specialized with.

You won't get salary if you are hired in a sales team here. We work here from 10 am to 8 pm EVERYDAY There is too much of politics between different depts and their heads. They have worst courses to sell. They train their employees to missell and fake sell

i like how the entire team works as one big team. the competition between us is very less or i rather say that the competition is very healthy. i started as a fresher and very soon my hardwork paid off and ive become a manager now

i have noticed that the company does not give much parties or outings. We see our friends attending office parties outside and we dont get that.
