The corporate culture is non-existent and mostly it is driven by two or three Indian managers who take advantage of the absolute lack of Knowledge of Japanese Management about Indian Market, Market Size and the culture. The Japanese are a mere decorative piece in the organisation, and they are the heads without knowing anything and the three Indian Managers who are in the system for a very long time use this organisation as their own business without any culture and run this organization as a Promoter. Always having smoke breaks and drinking alcohol and attending official calls saying WFH....Read More
