Working in yalamanchili is really innovative and a pleasant experience to learn a latest technologies, and working with amazing teammates, they are very much helpful and supportive. And job security, career growth are very much righteous. Coming to politics as in every company politics some where or the other will remain, but i never brought that impact on my work or in learning ability. Finally salary appraisals were bitter slow but in initial stage as software field salary is not important rather than that work productivity and skills are primary....Read More

The thing which i didnt like about yalamanchili is politics, salary appraisals were not feasible.

Im working as Bakend (Plsql, Sql) developer and even im handing all the Front End Related issues in Java, JavaScript, Jsp, Servlets etc

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
