HR and Management is least bothered about employee welfare. HR head is as good as a politician delivering fake promises. Department heads are biased and inclusiveness lacks a lot. Organization globally is good but it gets to the worst as it drills down to India region level. Few employees get curated well just because they have somesupport/reference in management. All in all, People in management are not motivated by purpose. Ethics, inclusiveness and eager to learn/grow are very hard to find in them.
