There is nothing to like about this company. Please don't join

Please refrain from joining this company if you value your time, respect, and patience. I could elaborate extensively on this matter if I so desired, but for now, let's proceed. They will lay you off once their work is complete, just as they did to me. So, if you're planning for the long term, don't expect otherwise. The HR department is as responsive as your ex. They never reply on time, and when they do, they often make lame excuses. If you're lucky, they might attend to your requests, but don't count on it. Upon joining, they made false promises regarding paid leave, which they failed to fulfill. They also deceived me about reimbursing the cost of the laptop, leaving me to cover the expenses from my own pocket. There's minimal support from the required teams when needed. My Team Leader was supportive, which helped in some instances, but overall, there's a lack of proper assistance. Documentation of work and support from team members are severely lacking. Even if you're in dire need of income, I strongly advise against joining this company....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
