Job security: You need to perform on field or you will be in trouble - but I guess that’s how most of the companies run as far as sales is concerned. Variable amount : In this they are simply fooling their employees. Totally dissatisfied.

My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire assigned region. Pitching for my company as a salesperson is exiting but the task is slightly repetitive. I stay on my toes by doing competitive benchmark studies on my own.

Growth in the organisation is very slow.Processes are very dynamic over here.Anytime heirarchy restructing can happen in the organisation which gives bad impact to employees and client as well.Present, North Sales Head is good for nothing.He is rude to most of the MSM's and EDM's and because of that many employees have left the organisation.

Company is going through rough phase. The oldtimers are exiting the business. India business focus is very less. Infact legal hurdles are more in education space. Company is finding it difficult to deliver it's commitment towards its customers. Salaries are kept on hold for the entire company at times

No job security and even the processes are not well defined. Every year there are so many changes in the team structure, in the sales process that everything is very ambiguous. They do a very rigorous hiring and firing and don't even consider any parameters other than the sales number. You won't get any help from. The top management for any issues.Nothing to be liked about the company.
