I like Job security on xiaomi india

I have been working on xiaomi for 3 years but in these 3 years there have been many problems but if you have not solved all these problems by yourself then you have to forget the problems.No solution was found for those who are in management and salary never matched in time. No one else has any kind of support

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Job security is there and work culture is very good but not for cx support.

Dislikes

I spent 5 years in this organization xiaomi outsourced cs team to 3rd party which is very poor infact it is a garment. In this payroll they don't have appraisals only..

Work life was very good at the end of the day we work for growth that is not there.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
