Nothing positive about the company

Dislikes

Worst company to work. No job security. Company fires employees as soon as project ends. They don't have funds to pay 1 month salary on bench. They don't have any good clients, only few short term projects. All of there positive reviews are by HR only.

Xebia is very decent , mid sized organisation. It is pure technical company , helping its employees to grow exponentially. Environment is challenging , if you are ready to learn and ready to take up the challenges then Xebia is right place for you.

Dislikes

Xebia is doing great job during covid also. I dont find any shortcomings in the culture and overall company.
