They would tell you that all the reviews on the online portals are fake and are from their rivals during the induction programme..Then they would brainwash you by saying sometimes employee's does not get paid on time only..but let me tell you..they will never pay you less than a month late with your salaries and not less than 2-3 months for your expenses which you will be using from your own pocket for company work. They don't have a singel positive review with a better remark apart from their company core members... I worked with them for 2 months and they deducted my last month's salary saying that you haven't given us a notice period and it was mot discussed earlier in the induction. They never paid my expenses and the pending amount which was mere less than 2000, I haven't got it for the past 13 months now. They say it takes time to process foreclosure.. Seriously, 13 months? I have always been a sincere and working employee to them and this what they pay me with! Now, I have submitted a lawsuit against them for which they will be paying very soon. Highly recommended.. don't get into their sales sh**. Kindly, find a better job. These Gujrati people only know how to earn, not how to lay their employees.
