Nothing is like working in Wunderman. An appraisal is only for the managers closes employees. Management of Wunderman is very bad (Deepak Vohra). There is no learning in the Wunderman, you will be desperate in Wunderman within 6 months.

1. Terrible HR policies on leaves and compensation. Since talent does not want to stay they illegally take make people sign bonds or take cheques from people at the time of joining. 2. Mediocre and unambitious management and incompetent managers and leads. 3. Poor review cycle and goal settings. They have a very unfair and ambiguous rating system and if they realize people are performing well, they keep shifting the goal posts. 4. They cheat clients by manipulating and forging data. Especially, the Ford account. 5. Follow unfair practices. Employees cannot take claim to all WPP benefits because of incompetent WT Studios' management. For ex: Making Space leaves were postponed/cancelled and people were orally forced to reschedule. 6. The compensation is highly inflated on paper. They create loopholes and do not pay salaries in good faith. 7. DO NOT FALL for "HYBRID" work culture. They say but do not follow it. They will force you to come to office for no reason. Office politics, favouritism, worst salary hike, Worst Managers, all managers unprofessional and with call centre background. Work pressure is so High and No extra hour compensation. No permanent job line. No learning. Nothing from personal growth or professional growth POV. Worst organisation for a Job
