Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. There is no proper facility, Just one washroom in which people are standing in lines to use it . Work culture is very toxic . Seniors will come late and they will expect you to be on time . Even if you are late by one minute they will cut your salary. Do not consider giving genuine sick leave.
