There are many employees who are 15+ yrs in the company and are faithful to the company from the bottom of their hearts and treat the business as if their own and are closely bonded with the owners. There is no work life balance. Non urgent Conc calls, email and meetings all happen post working hours. Most of the non urgent announcements come to all at wee morning hours. The critical business operations decisions are taken by financial verticals which to me is absurd. The day to day business operations decisions are driven by finance vertical heads instead of operations or sales which creates a lacuna between operations and service delivery to clients....Read More
