Everything from start. I joined this organization as a manager for audit and compliance for their reality business in lonavala. I was told I will be provided cab to travel and return. Unfortunately I had to travels by myself on the bike to complete the audits. By Boss Alpa Ambavat had no sympathy at all and was only surviving to save her position in the organization. was rude and not at all open to new ideas and suggestions. I left the organization within 6 months. for 2 months they had no salary to pay and were expecting to perform out of the box. don't join this company. All of them carry a secret knife to stab you whenever needed...Read More
