There is no work life balance. Lot of favouratism happens here. Job security is not there, not flexible with work hours.

Starting from the cheap lady Mrs. Rashmi HR who bargains like a fish market lady to compensate for your salary. As you will join the company you will have to fill in 200 forms. As you enter 1st day at work employee have to search for a place to sit between 15-20 employees per desk. Washrooms smells like sulabh shauchlay and canteen food first gets tasted by rats. For leaves you have to beg your manager. Coming to work it needs typewriter not laptop as the work is so manual. They will give you good package so the other company cannot-hire you easily. And its a ssc sector like BPO not a media firm. At any point of time they will put u in any process and if u will deny you’ll be asked to leave the company. Only learning prospective company is good. IT is available for any system related issues.

Dislikes

Appraisal standard 5% every year. Canteen is small Washroom hygune issues. Only hiring more and more employees No seating arrangement due to short seats available in the company.

Dirty washrooms, Sitting space for 400 persons & utilising more than 1000 employees.

Dislikes

Dirty Washrooms, water laying everywhere in washrooms, queues in washrooms, Cafeteria & water cooler. No space for sitting employees in office, however calling employees to office.

Only thing thats good in WPP is that no one will disturb u during weekend and/or on planned leave

Dislikes

Micro management, 100s of trackers, useless highlighting and unnecessarily increasing work load by implementing idiotic policies under the name of Internal control,
