Staff is helpful and cooperative.

Dislikes

No growth for testing professionals. Poor salary hike. Last year due to COVID we adjusted on not giving us arrears after hike. But this time too they are not giving arrears and they are giving the hike in the month of October which was supposed to be given in the month of April.

Work Details

Nothing has changed much. Earlier struggled to learn new concepts and here, no new things are taught in testing department.Just validate and verify. No one keeps a check on the work of QA but if the code breaks, blame is to be put on testing team.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
