Independent work, no work pressure, no pressure from management. They require in-time work & punctuality. emergency leaves will be approved immediately. no dues & delay in salaries. arranging cultural activities to employees. appreciates our work & gives boosting to us.

No direct support from higher authority. increment is less.

I'm working as MIS executive, I feel very free while working. Entire team is too supportive at anytime.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Work balance is good. Teammates are cooperative,slightly politics also there. The main negative point is less salary u have to work more than ur working hours but there will not be any incentives no proper holidays

Everything is good but salary is very less and no incentives, no holidays. We have to work even on holidays
