There is no job security in workplace Fabric, Management is worst They have started adding policies but still required lot of improvement Work culture is not good

Dislikes

Teammates are not supportive. Company Provide training but no professional trainer, internal people are given training as per their knowledge More than 10 hours working time and management want from there employee to work full night also Salary/appraisal is ok Lots of politics in company, most of the relative and friend of senior management is working over there

Generally speaking, my work is to manage all IT support related work. Client is raising the tickets related to the issue and i handled all issue with the the help of different team members as per the request came for specific field

Re-direction of goals for an individual happens sometimes which leads to a rather confused employee situation.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
