If we look at it, we get very good cooperation and our manager's nature and cooperation in cases are very good. He also cooperates with connectors and customer visit and explain things, so o feel good in the company.

I joined first culture was excellent, Sales team was very good and supporting. And company culture was very good that time.

Now there is no time to go home, We are working more then 11Hrs in last 10 to 15 days. Work life balance is not good now, If we are going late HR say come early before 10am it is hard to maintain.
