Even people at the verge of retirement are given handsome salaries with Good Opportunities to Work because of Aishrwad of Dutta, Mehra & Co. CHRO Anjali Banga is So cheap she has just notorious the name of HRD especially CHRO position, Worst person. No command of Human Resources. Even Promoters are sleeping they need to wake up as early as possible. Things Like eating Meat, Alcohol and dancing at meeting/party are just in policies and papers which is strictly prohibited by the WCL (Not Allowed in Jainism we must respect every religion) but such things are allowed to people like Dutta & Co because he has Ashirwad of Mehra & MD. Genuinely the Work Environment in Wonder cement is So worsen you cant believe, ask those who left and are asked to left by way of Transfers and forceful resignation. Employees who the Wonder Cement brand are thrown like a Tissue Papers/Toilet Paper as one used the Toilet paper then Flush it out same is the case with Old Employees and to those who don't have any Connection.
