It is just a big name. Medical services are pathetic from the administrative to nursing and even some Consultant doctors. Treating RMO doctors like labourers! PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

The work environment is very toxic. 24hrs duty in which you cannot breath one second or even have food. A hub of BAMS and BHMS doctors and if you are an MBBS doctor there is absolutely no respect for anyone... right from the admin , Consultants or the nursing staff. all are always furious about something- treating doctors as labourers and a complete imbalance of personal life. So many expectations and responsibilities but absolutely no appreciation and rewards. And the most toxic part is the duty rotas and internal politics. Stay away Dr Pooja (who is the medical admin for doctors) is very manipulative, disrespectful and never appreciates for anything good. The nursing station is a mess and there is a new drama everyday for small things. The ward RMO is responsible for any delay or errors of cleaning staff, pantry, nursing and even billing. It is not a doctor's job but that of a ward manager. Absolutely not worth it....Read More
