Job security = overall good ; work culture - satisfactory , management 3.7 out of 5 . Company policies = supportive !

Dislikes

Some lacking in lower level (not permanent) management staff which could be improved , call not responding on time when in some issues appears however it can be corrected by programs such by educating them by organising some seminar and showing empathy towards in my openion as a lower level staff ,however every organization has somegood and weak points ....Read More

The persons who does't know what type of job a Medical Officer does or has to do act as superiors. With out giving proper reasons and notice they say you have not mend the ways and send termination notice.Work culture is terrible.Generic Medicines sent on M.R.P saving around 70% is notmisappropriation....Read More

Dislikes

Compensation good.No recognition for sincere workers.Deduction of salary amount with out giving reasons. But patients used to appreciate. That was the major satisfaction.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
