In wm logistics overall work experience is good I learned so many things and in work culture is also very good because they very supportive specially management team they very help in lockdown duration.

I m completed 5year in wm logistics idont have major dislike but only salary cartierya is not proper this reason some time few negative thoughts come in mind but after discussing manager to change positive thoughts so no dislike

Highly unprofessional company... It looks like a ashiki ka adda. Can say a one man show. Thinking out of the box, new ideas are never welcome. Even a manager doesn't have liberty to take decisions. High baised atmosphere. You need to be a good chamcha of your boss. Leaders english level is zero. They only like to beat their own trumpet.

Job is secure untill unless you didn't any error from onshore partners. Townhall party every year. Festival celebration.

8 hrs required on desk out of 9 hrs work shift. Complete work from office Shift timings 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM with 100 only for night shift allowance. Upper management is sophisticated to there manager only. It's not people's first company. They have very less leaves 18 EL and CL and ML combined 6. Apart from that you have to mark Loss Of Pay. I think that in waste management or any other field, if you get the support of seniors and there is no discrimination among any employee, then it is very enjoyable to work. And it feels like our company is a part of our family.

Dislikes

I feel that if any company does not treat its employees well then it is very wrong. Due to bad behaviour all the time, a person is not able to concentrate on his work properly.

Wm has a good environment to work in. All staff members are very professional. With strong management, WM can play a good role in building your career and learning new things.

Dislikes

Salary is quite very low as compared to other companies. Their starting salary is in the range of 2.2 LPA to 2.50 LPA which I think is not good.
